About Us

Counsel Built on
Depth, Not Volume

We are a national marketing consulting firm founded on the belief that organizations operating in complex markets deserve advisors who bring both strategic clarity and real-world execution experience.

Our Origin

Fourteen Years of Deliberate Practice

Quartzbridge Marketing Group was founded in 2010 in Washington, D.C., by practitioners who had observed a persistent gap in the consulting market: firms either delivered high-concept strategy with no implementation path, or tactical execution without strategic grounding.

We were built to close that gap. From the outset, we focused on a narrow set of client types — corporations, government agencies, and nonprofits — where the stakes of communication are high and the margin for misalignment is low.

Our growth has been deliberate. We have never scaled headcount ahead of quality. Every senior hire is a practitioner first, an advisor second. That discipline shapes every engagement we take on.

Our Mission

What We Stand For

To provide organizations operating in high-stakes environments with marketing counsel that is grounded in evidence, executed with precision, and accountable to results — not impressions.

Quartzbridge Marketing Group Mission Statement

Evidence-Led Strategy

We do not guess. Every strategic recommendation is grounded in proprietary research, verified data, and sector-specific intelligence gathered before we advise. Opinion is a starting point; evidence is the standard.

Principal Accountability

Clients engage Quartzbridge for direct access to senior practitioners. Engagements are not delegated down to junior staff. The person who sets the strategy is the person who sees it through — from discovery to delivery.

Long-Term Partnership

Our 96% client retention rate is not a marketing number — it reflects a structural preference for depth over breadth. We grow with the organizations we advise, accumulating context that makes every subsequent engagement more effective.

Sector Fluency

We operate across 38 industry sectors but maintain concentrated expertise in corporate, government, and nonprofit communication. Fluency in a client's regulatory environment, stakeholder landscape, and political context is a prerequisite — not an afterthought.

Institutional Discretion

Organizations engaged in sensitive market communication — government contracting, policy advocacy, competitive repositioning — need advisors who understand confidentiality as a professional standard, not a clause in an NDA.

Measurable Impact

We define success at the outset in terms our clients care about: audience reach, perception shift, legislative engagement, donor retention, market share. Then we build backward from those benchmarks to the work required to achieve them.

How We Work

The Quartzbridge Engagement Model

  1. Discovery & Diagnostic

Every engagement begins with a structured diagnostic: stakeholder interviews, competitive landscape review, existing asset audit, and audience research. We do not proceed to strategy without a clear picture of the terrain.

  2. Strategic Framework

We develop a positioning and communications framework that aligns organizational objectives with audience expectations. This document becomes the shared reference point for all subsequent work.

  3. Program Design

The framework is translated into a concrete program: channel selection, messaging architecture, content calendar, media plan, and measurement framework. Every tactic is traceable to a strategic objective.

  4. Execution & Optimization

We manage execution against defined milestones, with built-in review cycles to evaluate performance data and recalibrate as needed. Optimization is continuous, not retrospective.

  5. Reporting & Retention

Quarterly reviews translate outcomes into organizational language. We present findings to leadership and build the results into the strategic roadmap for subsequent phases.

Explore Whether We're the Right Fit

We take a limited number of new engagements annually. An initial consultation is the first step in determining alignment.
